Most hospital grade outlets manufactured today and manufactured in resent years are not good for feeding audio equipment. Especially Hubbell outlets.

You need to do your homework before buying hospital grade outlets today.

Reasons why:
1) Galvanized steel supporting back strap. Can/does add grain to the audio sound from audio equipment.

2) Nickel plating on contacts for environmental corrosion. Same reason.
