I've had something like this done before.I went a small step further and contacted my electrical company to install a seperate 220v line to my house. It cost me around $600US, from there I had an electrician install a new breaker box for the 220v line and move the lines that feed my room to the new service.
Just your normal circuit breaker box and your normal 220v line coming into the home. The total cost for both was less than $2k, which is cheap in
'Audiophile' terms. Later I added Balanced power transformers 'Pro' versions NOT Audiophile versions...FYI Pro versions are the same as Audiophile except the fairy dust. I was okay with that.
So for about $2.5k I got the total power supply upgrade from the pole to my gear.BTW, this was more than a decade ago so costs may vary.
