RE: Accuphase 40th Anniversary Edition ( Cloned ) IC's

Hello Sibelius58,

Thanks for taking the time to chime in on this matter, as it seems I've found myself more involved in finding new tunes with each passing day, which to me is a great sign as it tells me the system on a whole has become not only engaged, but more of a pleasure to listen to for hours | once again as things are settled in, I'd hate to lose anything it brings, but I do believe I've at the very least two more power cords to explore for the sake of merely knowing what other cost effective options are out there?, and even then I'll looking at ones under $200.

I've read on more than one occasion the connector plugs on any given type of wiring, is just as important as said cables themselves | yet I very seldom see many cable manufacturers at all whom have used silver plated copper, or pure silver connectors other than said Audio Note UK or Audio Note Kondo Japan, and wish to explore said type of connectors even further..., for me said Accuphase IC's came into their own once I purchased a pair with rhodium plated copper connectors, or which I already have several sets sitting around that are said silver plated types which can be screwed down onto the wires, and don't require any form of soldering, so in many ways it seems I'm not quite finished as of yet, and shall definitely report back accordingly.

It's only when I've compared them to the sterling silver or pure silver IC's I've here, that their very top end comes across as a tad bit lacking in nimbleness | yet compared to other pairs of pure copper IC's I've owned since 1989, or thereabouts?, they're in fact the most balanced ones I've heard, whereas every other one or brand, retailing upwards of $1.200, lacked far more sense of snap, crackle and pop, detailing wise than said Accuphase IC's, and in fact to my mind | ears | heart were way to rolled off for me to consider keeping, this pair of IC's alongside the cloned Tara Labs Vector 2's are the only copper ones of which I've decided I'm able to live with, hence now owning two pairs of each.

Have a great evening ( your time ) and until next time the mood strikes me?, " Cheers! ".
