RE: Dumb Question: 75 ohm or 110 ohm?

I don't think it matters as much as to which one you use as long as you find the right cable with the right synergy. My 2 best digital cables are my DH Labs D-750 75 ohm coax with RCA ends and my DH Labs D-110 110 ohm. At first I didn't like the 110 on my transport, but after changing to a Synergistic Research Purple fuse I feel its the best match.

The D-750 is very clear and open, but also can get a little harsh when used with my current transport which is also very open, clean and bold.

The D-110 is more smooth and laid back which gives a better match on my current transport.
