+1 | like M, I too have come to place a value on what said Viborg 1501 pc has bought to several of my integrated amps | after having a collection now of 7 PCs costing between $47-$151 to sample as a means of finding which 2 ideally suits my DAC | Aurender sever is for me the final phase of said quest.
Yet having borrowed cables from the Cable Company | friends since 2004, I'm comfortable enough knowing I can hear said differences off the bat | believe more often than not any cords less than 12-10AWG simply aren't allowing the proper current to reach said components | amplification certainly responds more to High Current 10-9.5AWG based designs.
Now for me..., it becomes an issue of where to place pure copper cords, as well as silver plated copper ones, to better enhance the overall emotional aspects of said individual components that matters?, yet worth knowing versus merely writing it off.
