I recommend the 4TC for the same reason that people by Civics and Corollas over used Alfa GTVs, BMW 2002s, and B13 Sentra SE-Rs. Some people just don't want to mess with configuration, maintenance, etc. to get what they want.
If you're that type, by the 4TC, be done with it, and feel happy.
If you don't mind cutting, stripping, and crimping, go for the HD-14. In MY system, it sounded better. YMMV.
