And it's a regular counter, not self serve.
The main problem seems to be people not understanding what the screen is telling them to do.
I had to buy 200 small sheet metal screws today, bought them by the box. Took me only a minute or so from scan to printed receipt.
But the woman behind me couldn't work the system and needed help twice. She was still there when I left. She had just one small item.
That's pretty much par for the course.
IMO, folks would be greatly helped if point of service systems were generally uniform.
The blissful counterstroke-a considerable new message.
