RE: Did I Deox my Marantz into oblivion?

How long ago did you deoxit? It is possible that the deoxit needs some time to work and dry. I suggest you exercise (rotate, switch on and off...) all the controls. I've used deoxit on some nasty stuff, at first it didn't help, then the next day everything worked.
