I don't know, Rusty Hoge did okay with his Crown IC-150. He built my aforementioned (see the back to 1972 thread) home-made speakers. He married his IC150 to a Sony power amp driving huge home-made corner horns consisting of JBL drivers, including the sizzling 075 super tweeter. The sound was awesome to my unrefined ear when I first heard it in 1971.
