Wasn't until just after I graduated college that I got my first major system. First I went to Pacific Stereo and bought a Quadraflex setup then found out my best friend's girlfriend was working at Craig and they were just putting a series on the market. Returned the Quadraflex (one pissed off salesman) and bought the TOTL receiver, huge 12" 3-way speakers and a TT. 55wpc, pre and main jacks, three sets of speakers and more. Vinyl cases but plastic laminate, envision Formica, not veneer. Even has an alps volume pot. Added a Teac A103 cp. My first "big" purchase but because of the employee discount the Teac cost almost half of what the entire Craig system cost! Was a great setup and did well for many years. Just can't get rid of it but it is retired though I plan to refoam the speakers when I do tall he rest and perhaps set it all up again.
