i'm thinking svetlana or JJ/Tesla. i'd rather stay russian or euro. i've done research on the best place (pricewise) to buy, but can't remember for the life of me where it was.i've tested my old tungsol 6550s on my hickok 6000A. they test fine, but everything just sounds a bit tired. new tubes can't hurt!
thanks,
Robby
