Oops, just meant to say make sure to keep the speakers in phase together. Absolute polarity does matter. Unfortunately some records and a few cd's are recorded out of phase so you almost need a switch on your preamp or somewhere to correct that. I'm not in the field but was told by a recording engineer that it happened in the mixing process or when using multiple mikes. Does anybody know how common that is.
