Why not parallel resistors? Two 39K resistors equals one 19.5K resistor. A 680 ohm resistor parallelled with a 620 ohm resistor is going to give you 324 ohms which is pretty close. Just buy a bunch of resistors to measure and choose the lowest values you measure to parallel. You could also series connect 100 ohms and 220 ohms. I agree with you the 64K resistor is particularly annoying. Possibly a 30.1K in series with a 34.0K will work. Anyway, series and parallel combinations are your only option. Most designers are usually not so specific and obtuse. You ordinarily only find that degree of specificity on RIAA equalisation networks. However, as I said, series and parallel combinations are your only option.
