There isn't enough clearance between the pins. There could be arcing from pin to pin. Look for a Amphenol Ribbon or Cannon Military bulkhead connector for the power unbilical. And use heat shrink on the connector pins when you solder wires. Cover all the metal. High voltage can jump a distance. Ray
