Be interesting to hear your listening impressions after a few days use. "Mac" built a great looking preamp, that is for sure.Don't know about you, but the thrill of getting something working usually colors my impressions a little. That and the assumption that things will "break in" and sound better in a few days. Usually in a few days things don't sound that much better though, and I have to start tracking down that slight hum, or the grainyness in the highs, etc.
