Generally speaking the conversion is VDC=1.41*VAC

In your case 1.41*370=521VDC

You could probably squeeze a few more volts out of the cap, but that is a matter of personal taste. It has been my experience that motor runs are conservatively rated, but YMMV.

An important question is "how expensive are the downstream components?"
