"If it does, a grid stopper resistor on the first stage may help." The amp already has grid stoppers on the first stage.
"If it's still there it's coming in on the power line or speaker wires. Power line can be filtered, speaker wires are not likely to be the source if it has no global feedback." The amp has no feedback so it has to be the power line.
