Whoops, one other possibility. It could very ocassionally be TWO separate but equal 160 VAC windings on the secondary, where you connect the two in SERIES for a Center Tap @ 320 VAC. In THAT case, you can PARALLEL conncect the two windings for 160 VAC, at two times the current rating of one winding. Now you have it all I think.Jeff Medwin
