Low DCR or 'low H low C' , 'RF stripper' or whatever other silly name it's now called is over-hyped and is not suitable for all applications , especially not phono stages . Run some sims in PSUD and you'll see what I mean . For a really quiet HT supply , try implenting a gyrator circuit (also known as 'active capacitor') or shunt regulator and pay particular attention to wiring and layout .cheers
