JaymeI had some PSs for a telephone switching system
that were oscillating for no apparent reason.
I was the factory PS technician for the company.
It was a switching PS and it was about 25 years ago.
Baffled me for months until there was ~50 of them.
Eventually I found that a poor ground was the problem.
An alligator clip from chassis to the cap grd cured it.
So I ran another ground wire for the permanant fix.
(Easier than finding the bad crimp somewhere in there)
Could be the problem here too.DanL
