I doubt that it is the power supply

that is causing the oscillation. Assuming that you have the power supply connected to an amplifier with multiple stages, it is far more likely that the low frequency oscillation is caued by feedback between the first stage and the output stage. Is the power supply common to all stages? If so, how is the power to the 1st stage (and driver, if seperate) decoupled from the output stage power?
