So this looks to be continuous cast solid core copper wire with a good outer coating. Sounds like it might be the ticket. I am already ordering other things from PartsConnexion so it saves me shipping if I order it from them, and given the amount I am ordering it is doubtful I can possibly find anything similar cheap enough to justify ordering it from a S&H standpoint alone.
