Filament leakage is usually a buzz. The filaments aren't floating, are they? At least one side needs to be grounded, and perhaps even balanced with a hum pot. Be sure you don't exceed the heater-filament voltage rating of the upper triodes. It's not too critical, but needs to be considered.TK
