The harder you run your tubes the more likely they are to be microphonic. Sometimes capacitors can be microphonic as well. Just do an experiment with 250 volts and see if it helps.Put in a 2.5K ohm 10Watt resistor in the power supply to drop the voltage temporarily to see if it affects the problem.
