It's small, efficient, has intuitive tools, on every Windows machine.The only thing lacking from it is a symbol set. I can post you an archive if you like. The above is 'small'; I have 'medium' and 'large' as well. It's not CAD, you got to figure out your own circuits, but it makes nice pictures.
