I use SmartDraw (www.smartdraw.com) to make my schematics, and the progam has a huge library of tube, resistor, capacitor, transformers and inductors.

And you can import your own symbols, via web or scanned image. It's the best schematic CAD program I've found. All of the other schematic CAD programs (at least 7) ended up in the trash.
