Only the trafos need changing, and not all of them. The N-77U is a dual voltage primary. The Radio Shack trafo feeding filaments can be replaced by the VPS24-1800 Triad, it too has a dual voltage primary. It has two secondary windings, one will power the filaments instead of the RAT Shack, the other is used to boost the B+; you want about 200 to 210 volts at the plate of the 12AT7s, and depending on your line voltage you may not get it. If not, you can wire the spare 12 volt winding on the Triad in series with the N-77U secondary to boost the B+.
So the 6K27VF is the only one you need to change to a 240 volt primary if you use the VPS.
