I found a HP LCR meter in our DIY society (Lab. Grade?).I found two conditions to measure.
1) votalge? or ampere -- 100mv probably
2) frequency – variable.Measured inductance(H) increase inversely with Hz. Big difference between 120 Hz and 1 kHz.
What is a standard to measure inductance of PSU chokes, plate chokes and output Trans,.. etc.?
