The 1st inductor in a choke I/P filter takes a BEATING. Chokes in such service must be VERY robust, not just big. The part in question is not rated for choke I/P service. CLC duty is definitely safe.Let's see; 2X 300Bs + driver circuitry + 10 KOhm bleeder resistor losses should come in around 200 mA. The choke is rated at over 400 mA. and it was made be WE. There is a risk, but it just might work out.
