i don't see why not, and the added benefit of this is you roll off the response prior to the resonant situation. The same thing can be seen by reducing the values of either of the inductances.

maybe what you want is a very low resonant peak and a proper sized plate choke to roll things off as frequency goes down. This opens a whole new can of worms about extended LF bandwidth and phase shift in the bass, but the merits of that are yet to be proven in practice by me.
