get a copy of Kevin O'Conner's book "Principles of Power". It has several schematics of just what you're looking for. It's a great book with a lot of useful information. You'll not regret buying it. I think that Antique Electronic Supply still has it in stock. If you want more specific info just email me off the forum.roN
