I would think strongly about putting a common cathode current source in place of the cathode resistors, rather than going fixed bias. In my experience, it sounds better and you can easily vary the current level and listen to see what you prefer. A simple DN2540N5 or IXCP10M45S based current source will do it nicely. In fact you can replace the "phase splitter" 18K cathode resistor with the same circuit and hear the benefits there, too.
