Bob, Most of what you identified is correct. I wouldn't spend a lot of time on things like connectors and power cords. My experience over the years has been that the most important things are the hardest to obtain. NEW BELTS, ALWAYS. Pinch rollers and motors and capstans and a TIGHT, no sloppy mechanism. These items have the most profound effect on performance. Next would be power supply issues, new filter caps and fixing loose or vibrating transformers. Anyway, just my opinion.
