I have a Nakamichi BX-300 that will stop the cassette when either spool has an even ammount of tape on it. Basically it will stop the cassette in the middle and create slack and cause it to come out of the cassette's housing. Why is my cassette player creating slack and stopping cassettes? It has done this on all of my cassettes and has only started doing this recently, it even does this to me when I record whether it would Type I, II, or IV cassettes. Please help, this is very frustrating.P.S.
I have also tried demagnetizing the playback, record, and erase heads and capstains but no luck.Sincerely,
Brian
