Thanks everyone for your help. I think I am not up to tackling this pr-10. I have started gathering parts for a mic preamp from scratch.My plan is to base it on the Altec 1567A. I only need 1 mic input. I'll probably do 2 gain stages of 6sl7 and a driver using a 6j5 or a 76. No EQ and no feedback so it should be enough gain I think. I want a headphone output too, so I might add another driver and a transformer for those. Should be pretty good huh? Any thoughts?
