I had a 32, it's a 1/2 track deck. Good sounds, reliable.By 1/2 track I mean it records 2 channels, each using 1/2 the width of the tape.......thus you record one way, you cannot "flip" the tape over and record again on the other side.
In the 50's they made prerecorded 1/2 track tapes. I have some and most sound excellent.
