Okay, I looked this guy up. The way the scam worked is that he placed an order and waited til it was shipped. Then after three to fives days, he filed a Paypal claim for "Item Not Received". The account was deleted at Discogs but you never know, he might come back.
Also, if you looked up the email address, you find that offers financial advice, etc. He was promoting himself by posting comments in Bank of America and Forbes magazine.
