A crook; scammed a number of individuals on Ebay under a previous ID a couple of years back
Search: pettee on this forum; plenty more postings!
Investigation at that time traced him to his employer, Lockheed Martin in Long Beach, and to a trailer park address he had recently vacated in southern California
Unfortunately, he had covered his tracks well enough that Small claims court summonses could not be served as a physical address could not be found for him
Received an email today:
"Hello,
I read a thread on the audio asylum. Is he at it again? I am waiting for simple proof that the seller has indeed the tube offered. I have requested more photos Possible he has copied photos from other sites an posted as own. I am cautious. He has not much to lose buyer playing with a new profile. A new profile with 0 feedback. Paypal will not offer any protection! Ebay will do nothing more than close his account! and he can walk away with the cash! However as a community we can bring this gangster (if identified as such) to the attention of the authorities. Namely the FBI as this is a case of internet Fraud. I should know I work for the good guys. Any information or opinions? Please let me know

I would like to hear from anyone that has been scammed by this individual as there is enough evidence already to prove Fraud
