Hello inmates,
I'm embarrassed to admit it, but a few years ago I used a check instead of PayPal to pay for some audio gear on Ebay. I was naive, dumb, stupid...and you know how this ended: the guy never sent me my gear and kept the $750 I sent him.
His name was/is Jim Goss. Email was/is "fuzzydata@hotmail.com."
Anybody out there deal with him? He kept telling me he hit on hard times and didn't have the money. I emailed him often but then just gave up, figuring that the cost of legal proceedings would outweigh the loss I took dealing with him.
But...it still pisses me off. If you have any ideas, I'd like to hear it.
Thanks.....
