There's only "red tape" and "bullshit".The guy defrauded several people of their hard earned money, yet he's released of his own recognizance on a $10K "i-bond". Nothing further said about the charges levied against him, what the next court date is, etc.... When he doesn't show up for court, because he doesn't have to worry about forfeiting any bail, will the judge take "i'm on the way" with a bunch of vague excuses like the buyers that were defrauded had to put up with???
