So are you actually the UPS person that delivered the unit, or does Dionne Warwick come over and give you heads up from the Psychic Friends Network?

Like Bill, I too was a member of AudioMart and all I can say is that the above statement is so patently wrong that your honesty must be called into question. I wouldn't trust anyone making statements like that.

And yes, the buyer has lots of recourse, both in opening an Audiogon dispute which may cause one of you to lose your Audiogon account, or he can persue recourse through PayPal, or even through the legal system.
