Wouldn't have been an issue if it was advertised as such

and now the piece has been reposted for sale on audiogon stating that the serial number is missing... but that it came direct to them new from the factory like that.. which we all know is bull crap.

And I'm pretty sure they are going to have a hard time warrantying a product that they can't get parts for or do work on (like the quantum tunneling) unless they take them from another powercell 10 SE.
