You could very well have been shilled, but there isn't enough evidence to suggest it. Unlike Chuck, I don't think "gut instinct" is sufficient grounds for a conclusion.If this was indeed a shill, I'm surprised the seller didn't simply offer you the item as a "Second Chance Offer." Unfortunately, this is a common shill since eBay implemented this function. To relist the item costs the seller more money in listing and commission fees.
