NEVER TRUST your electronics to UPS; they are lying thieves

Last time I went to small claims against them I posted here we had almost reached a deal. It was all a lie, and a scam. They never called me again, so we went back to court the 12th of June. They denied liability for all the merchandise they broke. They had the balls to claim that no they did not have to pay for the Martin Logan Grotto subwoofer they smashed delivering it twelve miles away, because "they had no evidence of a claim ever have being filed".
THEY THEN FLAT OUT LIED, saying they had never agreed to take responsibility for a third shipment by another UPS store, which they absolutely had. They flat out looked at the judge, and lied to his face. The committed perjury to get out of paying.

I had the printout of the UPS Page stating: "Receiver reports merchandise damaged package picked up, inspection scheduled, results to be provided to shipper. And they claimed "Well, that is just a webpage, it says what it says, but we went back two years!!! and there are no records and we dump them after two years". SO they had the goddamn gaul to say that since they had jacked me around for two years, now they don't have to pay because their computer dumps records if they ca stretch the matter out for two years!!!!

Now I get word that my McIntosh's amp I shipped last week arrived dented. Despite proffesional packing BY UPS; but UPS did it again. They drop the packages off of trucks is what I am told.
