Crooks have figured out how to use PayPal to get free items thru eBay. They simply state 'item not as described'. This can be as simple as claiming it does not work & PayPal will refund. Another is 'item not shipped' & PayPal will refund if you do not have tracking. Overseas UPS is 3x USPS in shipping costs & buyer can use 'item not as described' anyways.I cringe when I see $2K items being offered on eBay with PayPal as payment medthod. I have lost $50 to date myself. No PayPal now.
