Yes, works to the point some Canadians know customs can delay up to 30 days from the USA. They claim item never shipped a few days later after close of auction & gets full refund from PayPal within 10-days. Items shows up a week later, thus they get it for free. Problem is it is bad news for sellers.
I do not sell to Canada any longer.
