PayPal question

Retailers, Manufacturers, ePay, AudiogoN, Paypal or whatever. Buying and selling advice.

periodically I receive Emails purporting to be from PayPal and asking me to "update" my information due to "unusual" activity on my A/C. Usually there's been no activity at ALL so I have to think this is another attempt at identity theft.
The stuff looks awfully real tho.
Thoughts? Advice?
