i have had some time to go through some of the articles. many things there mirror my own personal experiences. i knew those experiences weren't my imagination, so it's kind of liberating to read them all. still i am sure their website still need some help with design. afterall, we live in a world where first impression counts more than substance and people needs a fancy cover to choose a book. money needs a cash register and this website needs a check-out cart.
