...twisting the cc pair tightly will minimize the inductance of the run..Wouldn't twisting have the opposite effect? In other words, wouldn't twisting increase the inductance versus a straight parallel pairing? When you twist the two runs, the magnetic fields are no longer normal to each other and will be at something greater than 0 and less than 90 degrees with the tighter twist getting closer to 90 degrees which would be the worst case scenario.
