Since the plots in the tutorial that you so unjustifiably attacked are made IN THE DIGITAL DOMAIN. There is no, zero, ZIP reconstruction, filter or not.The plots are MEASURED IN THE DIGITAL, QUANTIZED domain. So the full effect of dither is seen, clearly and transparently, right there. No reconstruction is necessary, either with filter or incorrectly without filter.
